Graduates who successfully complete the Workforce Painting Academy may be referred to partner employers and affiliated companies for employment consideration.
For Employers
What a referral means
We do not send resumes at random. Referred graduates have completed nine weeks of instruction, met attendance and safety standards, and passed a career readiness evaluation.
Verified Completion
Every referred candidate holds a Certificate of Completion and an official transcript of coursework and field hours.
Safety Trained
OSHA-aligned safety instruction covering PPE, ladders, scaffolding, ventilation, and hazard communication.
Residential & Commercial
Practical exposure to interior, exterior, residential, and commercial scopes of work.
Ongoing Support
Career coaching continues after placement to support retention through the first months on the job.
